How to use the cooking film (wrap)
|
We first place the pre-cut FaTa film on a soup plate to get a depression into which to place the ingredients. |
Now use the depression in the plate to stage the raw ingredients. |
|
Place all the ingredients you want to use centrally on the plate and in the middle of the film. |
In the next step spice your own creations exactly as wanted. We have included a crushed garlic clove to our tagliatelle. It is a must. |
Strew a little parsley but also fresh herbs to add the special kick to your creation. |
|
Now add a little good olive oil to allow all the ingredients to cook. |
Finally a pinch of salt is added to the ingredient mix. |
Et voilà, we already have the gourmet base for the tagliatelle. |
All that’s missing is the noodles. These have been slightly pre-cooked (approx. 4-5 minutes) and are simply added as topping to the creation of flavours. |
Two scoops of stock provide the necessary liquid base in which the ingredients cook and can develop their full flavour. |
Now gather the film to wrap and tie your creation like a candy. |
You can use a standard cord to close your film (wrap) or the reusable silicone clasps especially developed for the film. |
And that’s it - our tasty meal is ready for the Hot Stone. Something absolutely special that offers us absolutely innovative cooking options for variations on the hot stone. |
The film (wrap) is now placed on the especially hollowed out Lucullus Stone which has been pre-heated to a temperature of approx. 210°C. Now leave the food on it to cook for approx. 5 minutes. As is revealed through the foil, the stock begins to cook. |
After the food has cooked for some time on the stone, we open the film at the top end and off we go. Thanks to the especially hollowed-out Lucullus Stone we can eat directly from the stone - without having to transfer the food onto another plate. The food stays warm longer. This way of eating will waken all your senses. The bouquets of the freshly cooked ingredients spread into the air and arouse your appetite for more. Simply tasty and healthy. |
And believe us, preparation for and on our Lucullus table is not only easy as pie, but is also fun for kids! |
